Food was great! Tacos were stuffed with shredded beef, the enchilada was stuffed with chicken, the rice and beans were delicious, and they have chunky salsa and free refills on chips. Everything was great!

The decor is all things Mexican. The Tostada Gigante was excellent. Shredded beef, ground beef, chicken or carnitas. And shredded lettuce, tomatoes, topped w/cheese, guacamole. sour cream.

Never had a bad meal here, and portions are generous. Favorite item is enchiladas with carnitas, but you really can't go wrong with anything. Their salsa verde for their enchiladas is delightfully tangy too.

Flavors are probably family secrets, given their uniqueness. My favorite is the grilled halibut, available in a couple of variations. Service is always friendly and happy to explain a dish to the patron.

Real Mexican cuisine vs taqueria style Mexican food. Combination plates were quite large & amazingly priced. Super friendly staff. No longer looking for a Mexican restaurant in San Diego, we found OURS!

Extremely fast & friendly service. It's obvious the workers love their job. Had a few Mimosas with my brunch. Not my first time here either - but it's consistently great. I'll be back.
